Fill Out the Return Form

To begin the return process, please proceed to fill out the return form, which can be found at this link: RETURN FORM. This form will help us gather all the necessary details to process your return efficiently.

We will contact you within 2 working days after receiving the return form. Please feel free to contact us on support.eu@jmatek.com. You can return the product within 14 days of the cooling off period without any valid reason. The product must be in the same condition as you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. If your return falls within our two-year warranty period, we can process it even after the initial 14-day period.

Provide Relevant Information

When contacting us, please have your order number or reference, proof of purchase (sales invoice), and any audiovisual materials (images or videos) ready that can help us understand the issue and determine the best course of action.

Approval and Return Instructions

If your return is approved, you can return the product to the provided address. We will provide you only with a return shipping label to print if the product falls within warranty period. To ensure a smooth process, please refrain from sending any products back without prior authorization.

For any other reason, return shipment costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refund Process

Once we receive the returned product and verify that it meets the established conditions, we will proceed with the refund. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your original payment method.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We can ask for proof as pictures or videos to be included.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. 

Exchanges

We offer the option of returning the product you purchased, with prior authorization, to then make a new separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
