Shipping & Returns Policies for Dealers
These shipping and return policies apply to authorized dealers that have purchased from the Dealer site on HoneywellAirComfort.com.
We do not currently ship to international locations, including Canada and to locations outside of the contiguous United States, including Alaska & Hawaii.
We typically ship products approximately within 3-7 business days from when you place your order. Our standard shipping method for most products is ground shipping. Delivery schedules may be affected by external factors such as weather or transportation disruptions.
How We Ship
We ship via all major carriers, including UPS, FedEx, the United States Postal Service, and various freight carriers. We’ll find the most appropriate carrier to ensure the most secure and efficient method of delivery of your order.
If you choose to use your own courier to drop-ship to your customer’s location, our warehouse team will pack and ship accordingly with your courier.
Honeywell Air Comfort/ JMATEK North America LLC will not be liable for shipping or transportation delays and/ or damages that arise from using a Dealer’s preferred carrier/ courier.
Shipping Delays
If there are any unexpected delays, we will notify you via email indicating the new ship date of your order. If you haven't received your order after the standard lead time and did not get a notification, please contact us at info@jmatek.com for assistance.
Returns
For wholesale/ Dealer orders, the responsibility for returns and refunds direct to the end consumer is on the Dealer.
If a Dealer would like to return a product to Honeywell Air Comfort/ JMATEK due to damages, please contact customer support at usinfo@jmatek.com or call us at +1 800-474-2147 and mention that this is a Dealer order.
Upon receiving the product, we will inspect it to ensure that it is in new condition, approve the return(s), and process your refund.
We will not be held responsible for shipping costs on a return.
If your product was damaged in-transit or develops a defect in workmanship past the first 7-day period, please consult the user manual that came with your unit for information on warranty coverage.
